Shipping Policy – Envy Cosmetics
At Envy Cosmetics, we take pride in processing and shipping your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping terms below:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
• We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered to the address provided, even if incorrect.
- If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you may request reshipment by covering the new shipping cost.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by USPS, Envy Cosmetics is no longer responsible for it.
• If your package is missing or was delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect address, we recommend contacting USPS directly for assistance.
• Packages sent to the Mail Recovery Center due to labeling issues or incorrect addresses are outside of our control.
