Return & Refund Policy – Envy Cosmetics
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to personal preference, hair results, or scent.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at [Envycos@outlook.com ] with:
• A clear photo of the item and packaging
• Your order number
If eligible, we will replace the item or issue store credit.
Missing or Lost Packages
Once USPS marks a package as “Delivered,” Envy Cosmetics is not responsible for stolen or lost items.
If your order was sent to an incorrect address due to customer error, we are unable to offer a refund.
We recommend contacting USPS directly to file a claim or request a recovery.
